Before you go on, please note two things. First, these ratings and reviews are based on my own personal opinion. No offense is intended in these reviews. I may have a different tolerance level than you, but I try to give my opinion as honestly as possible. Secondly, some of these book reviews will be detailed, and others will be briefly mentioned.
My rating system:
I don't rate every book/series as a whole star. For example, some may end up as a 3.5 star instead of just 3 or even 4. If this happens, my opinion of it lands between my 3 star opinion and my 4 star opinion.
5 star means I loved it and would recommend it to almost anyone. It means it's high on the list of some of the best books I've read.
4 star means I really enjoyed the book and it was definitely worth the reading.
3 star means I liked the book well enough and very well may read it again. However, it's not my favorite and/or there was some aspects that I didn't appreciate all that much.
2 star means I can reluctantly say that the book was oka-a-ay. But I didn't like a lot of the content, I found it boring, or it wasn't very well-written, and I probably won't read it again.
1 star means I did not like the book (at all) and would not recommend it or read it again.
